1. The association is called, Asia Association of Education & Exchange(AAEE)
2. The head office of the association is place in 2-9-14 Kuboyama-cho Hachioji City, Tokyo. The headquarters are placed in:
Japan: c/o Akinori Seki research office, Tokyo Keizai University, 1-7-34 Minami-cho, Kokubunji-shi, Tokyo).
Bangladesh: University of Asia Pacific. House49/C, Road 4A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209,

3. The aims of the association are:
(1) To resolve current educational problems in the region, and build a system to foster human resources which can actively contribute to the development of Asia.
(2) To promote exchange among educators, educational researchers and students in Asia.
4. We plan to put in the following activities in practice which will lead to the accomplishment of the above listed aims.
5. In order to be a member, it is requested to fill in the registration form and send it to the secretariat. The president of the association will check the registration form and decide if the person is suitable as a member of the association.
6. The members of the association consist of regular members, student members, and institutional members.
7. Membership would be cancelled when:
1) a member wants to cancel the membership
2) a member dies or cannot be contacted
3) an institutions the member belongs to is liquidated
4) The association board decides to expel a member
8. In the event of any of the following events, there is the possibility that the association board can end his or her membership.
1) When a member fails to pay a membership without an understandable reason
2) When a member dishonors the association
3) When a member breaks the rules of the association
9．The following members of the board manage the association.
1) President 1 person
2) Vice President 1 person
3) Audit 1 person
4) Board required number
5) Organizer required number
10. The president represents the association, and controls the overall systems. The vice president supports the president. One term as a president or a vice president is two years. Reappointing them to the same position is not prohibited.
11. The audit constantly monitors the task enforcement by the accounting audit and the board of directors. One term as audit is two years. Reappointing him or her to the same position is not prohibited.
12. Board members support the president and vice president and manage the association in corporation with other members. One term as a board member is two years. Reappointing them to the same position is not prohibited.
13. Organizers take charge of each section and organize events which contribute to the development of the association. One term as an organizer is two years. Reappointing them to the same position is not prohibited.
14. The president, vice president, and the board members can double as other roles of the association.
16. The president can convene meetings such as a plenary meeting, a board meeting, or an organizers' meeting.
17. The fiscal year of the association ends in March.
18. This association is run with entree fee and annual fees from members, grants from institutions, and other incomes.
